Description
Instruction:
First apply a thin layer of gel to the underside of the paper, spreading it with a flat brush. Lay it on the cake with wide knife or a spatula. The paper can be only lightly loaded to prevent it from curling. Now coat the upper side with gel. Allow it to dry for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Colors do not melt due to the gel and the image remains in its original form.
It is mainly used to highlight the colors it also softens, which makes it easier to cut the cake. Simoultanously, the gel will sweeten the paper and prevent the picture from blurring.
The gel is NOT suitable for Icing sheets.
The tube is sufficient for about 1-2 edible papers up to 22 cm in diameter.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar (29%), water, gelling agent: E406, acidity control: E330, preservative: E202
The product may contain traces of milk, soy and hazelnut.
Store in a cool, dry place.
